Nationwide Insurance: Coppedge Insurance Agency Inc.

Last year is the first time using this agency. This has to be one of the best insurance agencies I have ever used and Brandi Watson is probably the best agent I have ever dealt with as she is both personable and knowledgeable and very patient. It has been a great experience and I look forward to many years.

My mother had her homeowner's insurance with Nationwide for over 40 years. Last month she received a cancellation of policy notice 4 days after the due date and I received a phone call regarding the bill. Four days? We've since cancelled and gone with another insurer.

Been with Coppedge for a few years with bundled policies and no problems so far. Office personnel have always been efficient and quick to respond with any of my problems or concerns. Actual office space is neat and tidy and building’s exterior is beautifully painted in Nationwide’s cooperate colors.

I have been Coppedge Ins. For many years now. At one point left a brief time when I got married. Its a pleasurer knowing them, they have treated me like family. Awesome customer service and very friendly. It says alot when you come to make your payment in person not realizing you been there almost 40 minutes chatting. Never had a bad experience. 🤗

I have spoken with, as well as, met directly with Aisha, for varying reasons regarding my insurance policy. Aisha, is very professional, personable, many years of experienced, and has a long-standing career with the Coppedge/Nationwide Insurance family. Every time I needed to ask questions about my policy Aisha, was quick to reply and thoroughly addressed and answered all my questions or requests.
