I've made it clear that I don't like the nonstop emails pressuring me to do business on line. That's not how I operate my personal affairs, and I was clear with Sekitha about this when I first signed up. I continue to receive emails telling me to activate an on line account in spite of my requests to stop this. I was also notified in writing that my policy was canceled after one such phone call. It started with Sekitha needing me to get her a "letter of experience" from my former insurer. When I told her I was unhappy with the constant email badgering, she said 'then I'll cancel your policy' and sent a letter to that effect (ending insurance on 5/29). I had to get my former insurance agent involved to get her what she needed and keep my policy from being terminated Very unprofessional

I really love these ladies I talk to them so much that I feel like I know them. Very personable with quick response times. Someone always answers the phone but these past 3 months I have been having to talk to them more than I should via email and phone. I’ve called twice and spoke to Someone directly for auto pay and yet for the past 3 months I have to call them and figure out why the money hasn’t gone out. They get me and my aunts policies mixed up all the time. I get off at 5:30 so a lot of the times they are closed when I need to speak to them and if I call a customer service rep they never know what I’m talking about so I have to speak to one of these ladies directly. It took them 2 weeks to get my change of address correct for my renters insurance when I moved and sometimes when emai
