Well good morning to start … Today December 20, 2025. I just had a “ WOW” moment with Acceptance Insurance Agent Altariq , ( I HAVE INSURANCE THROUGH NATIONAL GENERAL ☹️ )when I say he’s so “ AAWWWSSSSOOOMMMEEEE ” !!! My stress has been removed. Altariq went above and beyond to make sure that before we hung up the call , that my request and issues were resolved. Seems like he’s always available when I’ve called . He’s not even my agent but I’ve spoken to Altariq more in the past week than I’ve spoken to my ( NATIONAL GENERAL AGENT ) the whole six months I’ve been a client , because someone else didn’t do their job the correct way.
