I have had American Family insurance for quite a while and over the years we have had to update our insurance due to new vehicles. Jabar Dozier always goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. I recently worked with Jacqueline and had a great experience. She was able to explain the benefits and options for coverage and we reached an agreement on a plan that fit my needs. Highly recommend.

I have been using Jabar Dozier American Family Insurance for many years. Jackie, Jeanette, and Jabar are the ones with whom I deal with the most. They are amazing professionals, their customer service skills, their knowledge, and professionalism are above par. It feel good to know you're in pretty good hands with them. I am very satisfied with them, and give them a 5 star rating, the highest rating of all. The only reason I took one star from the overall rating of the company is due to having higher premium rates. Yet I do understand that after the hurricanes we've had lately and the inflation we've experienced after Covid, in order to stay in business the company had to increase their rates and rework their deductibles. Overall, I am quite satisfied.

Unfortunately, my experience with this agency has been frustrating. Jabar took over my policy after the original agent I worked with left the company. I've been trying for months to convert my life insurance policies to a more affordable option after the premiums tripled. Despite multiple emails, no action was taken. Phone calls to the office often went unanswered, and when I finally did get a call back, it was over a week later. I can't speak broadly about American Family Insurance as a whole, but based on my experience, I would recommend avoiding this particular agency. The lack of follow-through and poor communication made an already stressful situation even more difficult.

This shout out is for Jackie and Sam. Jackie is a problem solver and she gets the job done. She is the back bone of that company. Jackie understood the assignment and made sure I was signed up before my old policy had expired and got all the banking and documents signed on time. She is knowledgeable and efficient. Sam is patient and thorough. He presented various plans until we found the ones that fit my needs. Thanks Jackie and Sam for your patience and time.
