Deplorable customer service. I left messages every day for over a week. Zero call backs, zero messages. They failed to renew a $4,000 insurance policy because paperwork was late to get to them and then they came back a week later with an offer of $37,000 instead.
Place was amazing one person stood out from the rest Donna maceachern. She was very helpful and she was also very nice . She is an asset to your company.
