AAA Quincy

I don’t usually write reviews, but Selina Hernandez truly deserves recognition. She helped my dad re-enroll in a plan and was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process. Selina was kind, attentive, and incredibly patient, she never rushed us and made sure everything was clearly explained and handled with care. It’s not often you come across someone who is both professional and genuinely compassionate, and Selina was exactly that. We’re so grateful for her help and excellent service.

Today is the last day to get a September inspection sticker. On 9/2 I ordered a duplicate of my registration with MA RMV. Almost 30 days later - no registration. I called the RMV, most notably for being 54, 48, 50 in line according to the prompts. I decided to go to AAA in Quincy to see if they could help. THEY WERE AMAZING BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE WHO DID NOT HRSITATE TO HELP ME WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT. Kudos to this team for taking just 8 minutes of my time to solve this issue! Thank you thank you!

Tyla Pruitt helped me out so much! I am really appreciative of her excellent customer service! I've come here before for an international driver's license also, assisted by another lady, and she made the process quite smooth also.

I will always have the utmost respect for this efficient and always helpful company. I had to junk my car and called the loan department (obviously for a loan) but also for a bit of advice on how to go about all this. Anthony went above and beyond to help me with such genuine and knowledgeable advice. I am nervous having to go out there looking for a car again (without my dad who i lost) but his advice made me feel stronger and that I couldn't be in better hands going through this process. I had to renew my license recently as well and the ladies at the front couldn't have made it any easier and quicker. Now I see why my Dad always wanted me to have AAA. I will be a lifelong member for sure ❤️
