Once a year Craig Thompson reviews my personal insurance policies and makes recommendations as needed to stay current and adequately protected. I chose Sampson on recommendation of my real estate agent and because Bruce Thompson was very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. Maybe because my house is small and I refused to allow Sampson to handle my auto insurance (I've used the same top-rated company for years), I've only been assigned to Sampson agents who are unbelievably inexplicably incompetent. The agents I've been assigned (when they respond) never respond with substantial answers and they've mishandled the most basic insurance policy account data. I've made no claims. I have worked with Kym DiRenzo and Sampson Insurance for almost 2 years and have a renters policy and an auto insurance policy covering multiple cars. During this time, my experience with Kym exceptionally positive. Kym is very knowledgeable, quick to respond and she addresses my questions and needs (with three kids in college and need to add and remove them from the auto policy frequently, I frequently contact her)quickly and efficiently. My family and I have been customers of the Sampson Insurance Agency for longer than I can remember for our vehicle insurance. Every year, we've gotten a reminder letter before we were scheduled for renewal, recommending areas that we might want to increase coverage or add coverage due to our changing circumstances.
