TSA pre-check info - No fingerprinting at this location, the Belleville option has fingerprinting, make sure to use Apple Maps because google takes you to the wrong place. This location does do TSA pre-check services, just not fingerprinting. Gentlemen at the front was very helpful.

Wottowa Insurance claims this on their website: "We focus on providing personalized attention and exceptional customer service to create an experience". Unfortunately that wasn't the case with my husband and I when we went to get our pre TSA application processed. The gentleman answering the phone was very courteous, but the person taking us through the process was very rude and arrogant. That is unfortunate as we knew Jack and Peggy through our parish.

When I needed copies of my declaration page John sent me an email. He also showed me how to get the info on my insurance app. He has the patience of a saint!
