Customer service was terrible for my parents. Mom had a wreck on 11/26/2022 and still doesn’t have the car back on 2/1/2023 because the insurance company was simply not responsive. Dad called me MANY times to complain that they were giving him the run around. Dad - who is in his late 70s had to call the insurance company many times. Was even told on the phone that approval was sent to body shop electronically when he was at the body shop with the owner of the body shop and it simply wasn’t so. All I can say is that their service was completely unsatisfactory.
Carli rarely returns calls. I’m not completely satisfied with the service provided. I will be looking for a new agent once my policy is set to renew.
