Bought an abandoned house for cash at an auction asked them to start the lien search process. They refused to do the service and refused to give an explanation. Went to Community Title in Swansea and they started the process immediately. Guess these folks already have all the business they need.

The bar for being a good title company is low. The bar for writing the correct address on a deed is lower. The bar for fixing situations that arise from that is even lower. And town and country title managed to cruise under each bar

This company doesn’t check that the sewer bills are paid by previous owner, leaving you to deal with it on your own. I believe this is illegal, and it’s definitely THEIR job to do. They also do not answer their phone and their mailbox is full so you cannot leave a message. Seems like I’m not the only one dealing with their BS! AVOID!

They were our title company for a recent home refinance.  They are total professionals & their offices' full natural light provides a relaxing environment.  They're also fast & efficient, no wasted jargon or efforts.  It's clear they know what their doing.

They closed the account on me without me submitting near $6,000 worth of invoices to be refunded to me from the work of the contractors that I paid them with personal checks. I told them I wouldn’t submit the invoices until the last of the work is done. They said the inspector approved all repairs and they had already paid the contractors. What I believe they did is returned the amount set aside by the escrow for repairs back to the seller. These are crooked people I am working with. These people have no conscience and probably rip people off so often that it is just another day’s business. His name is Eian Warma, the president.
