Worth Insurance Agency

Had a horrible experience with this Company. Try to avoid it. They are not scams, but they are truly inexperienced. Our insurance got cancelled because we made changes to the Policy. Increased Cargo Value and etc. Well, this is what the agent told us. Instead, he should have told us that such changes will triger the cancelation. At least, that is what good agents do. they wont give suggestions, they wont give you advice eventually he will hang up the phone stating he got a customer. They got only two kinds of responses to eveything. Either it is I cant, or I dont know. Sometimes, they will act like a kid and say "Bye Bye Bye" and hang up, before you tell them what you want. Long story short, just try to avoid them.

Excellent service! Everyone was friendly, quick to respond, and made the whole process super smooth. I felt well taken care of and would definitely recommend this company to others.
