Diane Trennert - State Farm Insurance Agent

HIGHLY recommend Diane for all your insurance needs, she is one of the best agents around. I have all my stuff with her, and she goes above and beyond to make sure I get all my discounts, and the right coverages for me. She truly cares about her customers and takes the time to get to know them personally. Her staff is amazing too!😉 Thank you Diane for being an awesome State Farm agent❤️

Our entire family has been with Diane Trennerts office for 20+ years for auto and home policies, the entire staff is absolutely wonderful, and extremely helpful. Recently having new teenage drivers added on, they explained all that is needed including tips for some discounts that apply. They are always willing to go over any policy / billing details explaining to me as needed. Couldn't be more happy with this team for all our insurance needs!

I have known Diane and her fine staff for over 15 years, and I can truly say it has been one of the better choices I have made! She and they are friendly, professional, and like a good neighbor, they have always been there. May that office continue to prosper and grow going forward!

I normally do not do reviews but i do not want others to deal with this incompetent agent. I have been with State Farm for 30 yrs. I switched to Diane Trennert and she issued a policy that was incorrect which cost me 3 times more than I should have paid. When I tried to discuss this error all i received was excuses and no resolution. This agent does Not know what she is doing there is no accountability or follow up. She should be professional enough to admit her error when it is disclosed. This State Farm agent did Not make any attempt to reconcile or to make a long time customer feel like they are with a knowledgeable agent. Do NOT trust Diane and move on to Someone else that has your best interest and does not issue erroneous policies to overcharge!

I spoke with Isabel, from State Farm I highly recommend working with her for all your insurance needs. Their combination of professionalism and friendliness is a rare find in the insurance industry!
