This Insurance agency sucks!! I normally don't bother with reviews but this is the worst communicating Insurance business I have ever used. Their commerical dept contact Chris Sanzone did a horrible job communicating with me and I constantly had to call and email to get answers which I never ultimately got. I went out and got another policy on my own. As a 20 plus year business owner do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. They are as unprofessional as it gets. JUNK service!!!!

I've been a customer of the Smith Insurance Agency for 15 years and have always had a great experience. Whether I call up with a question or stop by in person to pick up paperwork I am always greeted warmly. Kevin is generally the person I work with, but everyone is extremely knowledgeable and will handle any concern I may have. I have referred co-workers, family, and friends and have only heard good things. Their service is excellent, pricing is competitive, and they offer many options since they work with different insurance companies.

I just called the agency, because I'm looking for health insurance myself. Julie picked up and she was as sweet as honey! Just that alone will be given at least 3 stars. Once I get to talk more with them, I'll update my review. UPDATE: I just spoke with Mr. Ian Smith. He was super kind and sweet. Unfortunately, they don't provide individual health insurance, but he will be having another agency get in touch with me soon. Even though I couldn't go through Mr. Smith's agency with my needs, I still give them a 5 star for kindness and helpfulness in what they could do.

Since being purchased by WIA, Gerard P Smith has lost their way. They no longer prioritize their customers and provide a high level of service. Don’t count on them to stay on top of your insurance needs.
