Patrick Smith at the Webster/Penfield location is absolutely awesome he explained everything in detail made sure I understood what I was getting into with my policy honestly if you want great rates and great customer service please go see Patrick Smith at 1900 Empire Blvd!! He is very professional and knowledgeable about his services. 10/10 would recommend going with GEICO I was with them 10 years left for six months and will never do that again because they really have the best coverages.

Gabrielle Durant was extremely helpful with assisting me to remove a vehicle from my policy. She was also able to advise me of the new 6 month premium amount. She was very pleasant, answered all of my questions and confirmed the information on my policy. It was very quick and extremely easy.
