The employees at David Turco Allstate agency are the best! Extremely helpful and very knowledgeable! Kira is one of the reps and is outstanding. I highly recommend them.

I work at a dealership as a salesperson and often times help customer's set up insurance with various local agencies. I called over to set up a customer's policy and the lady I spoke with was EXTREMELY kind and helpful. I am considering switching my coverage's over to this Allstate office based on the quick experience I had or at least get a quote. Even if it's right around the same #'s I'll switch to them just because it seems the customer service is excellent. If she's not in sales, she should be. Calling insurance offices early in the morning often times the people sound miserable and tired (understandable) but this was not the case with her. Kira has been very helpful. She has recently given me some valuable recommendations. One in particular has to do with our new roof, and how it can lower our homeowners insurance. I probably would not have found out without her! There are other options she has details for me. Most of them seem to be good choices for me too control my insurance costs!
