EDIT: I’m so sorry to say, in my experience, that since TARPEY became World, the relationship model has changed and I can no longer recommend them. Loved the welcoming ,caring personal service we originally received and became accustomed to for over 25 years and so disappointed it didn’t carry forward with World. I’ve been with Tarpey Insurance for over 20 years. Patty has been a wonderful resource and has superior customer service skills. She genuinely cares for clients and goes well above and beyond to answer all questions. Everyone I’ve encountered at this office has been super helpful! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Been with Tarpey since 97' any time I've had to reach out - Patty's always given me 100 percent. Top notch car insurance for son. So glad we walked through that with Tarpey, because it felt like family looking out for us. They have every insurance you would ever need. Personal Commercial Life and all kinds if specialty insurance. In my experiences they create a package for specific things I need then present me with options because saving money is important they go through all of these things with me and go over the best ones with the best companys that are the best for me. You won't be disappointed and God forbid you need them. You'll be happy they are there still giving 100 percent.

As a 20 year customer to a Woburn based insurance company it was time to switch to someone more local. I walked into Tarpey and briefly met with Patty, giving her details about my unhappiness with my existing provider (poor customer service and constantly rising prices). Patty collected all the information she needed and emailed me the next morning with quotes for home insurance and automobile insurance. The price was significantly lower that my existing policies so I moved both policies to Tarpey. I don't think I'll ever leave. Any time I've emailed Patty or sent someone from my family to their office the service has exceeded my expectations. Don't let the nonstop TV based insurance advertising fool you, local insurance companies can match or beat the pricing and provide far better servic

I wouldn't recommend doing business with these people. Although I only spoke with 1 lady from here. She was extremely rude and hung up the phone on me. This was my first time calling and maybe she is having a bad day but it was very unprofessional to say the least.

Tarpey ins is the best... Always there for ya to answer all my stupid questions 😂highly recommend 💜👍
