I had a phenomenal experience with Arbella. I am insured under Progressive and unfortunately, I got into an accident in which my vehicle was deemed a total loss. Because I don't have collision coverage under Progressive, Arbella (the other party's insurance) took over my claim. My claim rep, Abigail Fagullar, made the process much easier and less stressful than I had anticipated. She was very thorough about things I needed to do on my end, and she took care of the rest. She was very quick to answer any questions I had and was able to square away a rental I needed ASAP - I was very impressed with this. Essentially, everything she did made me feel much more at ease - I was very stressed about the situation. In less than 3 weeks since the accident, my issue has been pretty much resolved and

My experience with Arbella Insurance has been profoundly disappointing. From their failure to update my address and notify me of policy changes to the lack of transparency in billing and poor customer service, Arbella has demonstrated a disregard for their customers. This has caused significant financial and emotional distress. I strongly urge anyone considering Arbella to reconsider and seek out an insurer that values communication, transparency, and professionalism. 0 Stars. 1. Have been a customer for nearly 20 years. No claims up until I had a claim 3 years ago for one of my kids and 2 years ago for another no other tickets or pints for any of us. This year they jacked up my annual auto premiums from $6857 to $12232. We drive a 2012 Tacoma with 150k a 2016 accord with 120k and a 2015 enclave with 160k. Agent agreed something must be wrong but arbella confirmed all the info is correct and this is how they treat long time customers.

Received renewal. Have been insured with Arbella for 10 years with no claims. They decided to increase premium almost 1k this year with minimal driver safety discounted. Understand personal lines is tough right now, but look at your tenured insureds and claim history prior to just increasing it. If you plan on increasing it try requesting a call to go over the policy and options. My agent should not be the messenger; you decided to increase my rates not them.

Joined 2 years ago, my bill was originally $340. I wasn’t happy but gave them the benefit of the doubt considering I was still paying my car off, and also unfortunately being 25 years old I had just gotten my license. Ok sure still a lot, but I understood. They just now tried to charge me $630.00 starting this new year for NO reason. Coming up to my three year I have a clean driving record, they sent that to me in the mail before I got my new bill. No accidents, never got pulled over, nothing. After raising that bill that much for no reason I switched, and even had my new insurance company send over a form. It was all set, days later still charged me that 630 after the original due date.
