I have had Susan Ciampi as my insurance advisor for about 3yr now. She is awesome at what she does and consistently looks out for not only my protection regarding insurance, but also my pocket! She is very reliable and always quick to answer any questions I might have. She is an asset and I will continue to use her services!

Prices have gone up enormously and I think we need new insurance company...nice reply but your rep still hasn't responded to my email from 7 days ago. She said she'd look into it and I've heard nothing. And the link you gave me for feedback? The submit button doesn't work. Not sure what is going on with you folks but this is very disappointing...guess it's time to find a new broker...

I wish I could give 0 stars. This insurance company doesn’t respond to any emails or calls. My lender tried to reach out to them for some policy changes and the representative didn’t respond for weeks. Carin Della, the person whose name was on the policy literally ghosted me, my lender and my HOA. No updates whatsoever. I will now take actions and ask my HOA to pull out the contract.

This is terrible insurance don't use this company when claim something they neaver pay too much headache go through please don't waste your money the lady working there her name is gohra anytoman she is really bad on customer service very very rude this should fire her I hate this company

Bryanna Henderson was beyond helpful, helped clarify what steps we needed to take to find a solution to one of our problems, and went above and beyond to make sure we had Everything done. Thank you
