Sangeeta Malik: Allstate Insurance

I’ve worked with Harshul and Sangeeta. While Harshul is quick to respond, he’s has been vey rude and unprofessional. I do appreciate the help from him on adding an insurance policy for me. Asking questions in your policy means that he will get mad and frustrated for asking that. Don’t have any better things to say. Sangeeta would just be rude too and hard to work with.

Horrible service and agency. Harshul talks to people like they’re a baby when they ask about basic info on their insurance policy. This agency has helped me buy an auto quote, and had been helpful . But now they’ve changed attitudes.

Hi I have Allstate policy for my auto and home. I have been trying to contact this office and get promised that someone would call me, unfortunately that not the case. I feel like moving from other Allstate local agent to this agent, it's seems that all the agents are the same because getting back to current customer. I don't see customers services it's not there anymore.

Thanks Sangeeta and her office for their professional advice on buying platinum coverage which offers accident and violation forgiveness specially knowing that we have young drivers in the family. This certainly helped us keeping our insurance rate same after the accident we recently had.
