I have been a customer of Nelson & Ward for over 25 years. They have always proven to be an exceptional company with exceptional employees. This fact was reinforced quite recently when i contacted the company to make an adjustment on my account. i requested certain revisions be made on my acccount. I discovered some time later that my request had not been submitted. Fortunately a very efficient and professional young lady named Linda, was able to address and rectify my issues in short order. i was very grateful for her help and very happy they have supportive people like Linda on staff there.
