I really have nothing positive to say about my experience. This agency makes it incredibly difficult to do business with. First I speak with a guy named Vincent in NJ. Not friendly. Unwilling to help. Here are some forms to fill out. Fill them out and someone will get back to you. Very impersonal and transactional. Second, I speak to Nick, much friendlier guy. I thought the end result would be more promising. However, the flat out refusal to quote based on my existing carrier was insulting. I am not a price shopper. I made it known from the beginning of the call I am seeking VALUE and looking for the Broad HO-5 Coverage offered by Auto Owners.
