Toan Ngo: Allstate Insurance

Found a good deal for my car insurance Lili did a good service Highly recommended

Jennifer is great! Professional, polite and just a kind lovely person, incredibly nice and easy to work with. Jennifer is always able to quickly resolve any question and change I need with the insurance company. It is very easy to communicate with them. They are friendly and professional, I feel very comfortable and secure having them as my insurance agency. Excellent service!!!

I have serious problems with the Toan Ngo Allstate Insurance office. I phoned to add coverage and was told that I was unable to do so. I asked to speak to Toan Ngo and was told he was out...so I left a message for him to phone me back. He never did. However, I was able to get the coverage I wanted through the 800 Allstate number. Unfortunately when I phoned the 800 number another time, I was redirected to the local Toan Ngo office. I told the same person that I originally spoke with that I was able to get the coverage that I wanted through the Allstate main number and that Toan Ngo never called me back. She didn't seem to care that the service was poor. I would not recommend this office.

Toan Ngo saved me a lot of money on my insurance. He's very professional.
