Heaven forfend that you wind up with an accident claim on your record that wasn’t your fault, even if the other driver overtly attempted insurance fraud. No matter how much you document, your rate will go up, and when you try to get an explanation or help/advocacy to bring it back down, no one will return your calls or answer your emails. I’m stuck with them till my record clears in another 18 months or so, then I’m gone.

Got a bundle insurance from Allstate. I was getting market pricing for the $1200 to $1500 range. I was looking for something under $1000, and I got that from Allstate, but right after three months, they updated the price to $1300 without even letting me know. My mortgage paid for the additional balance, making my monthly mortgage above the required amount. This is bad practice to lure customers with lower prices and then hit them with a new bill once they are your customer. Never going to shop there again and won't recommend anyone as well.
