Wishard Insurance

I've been with them since 2021 I think. At first the agent handling my policies seemed great--as far as I knew, I don’t really know what insurance agents are supposed to do, we only interacted once a year, if that, when I would inquire how my insurance was looking for the next year. She even helped me get dental, seemed patient despite my insecurity and neediness on the issue. After that, however, she didn’t seem interested in helping me with anything. If I hadnt reached out last year to see if everything was good with my health insurance, I would have been paying more without any notice whatsoever. Which makes me wonder if she was ever looking out for me and I just happened to get lucky the other years that the price didn’t go up. She also wouldn’t reply to my emails after I misunderstood

The staff at Wishard Insurance have the best customer service skills in any insurance agency we’ve ever worked with. They truly care about their customers and do not hesitate to go the extra mile. We are so thankful they are our insurance agents.

Nice people. They answer their phones and are polite. Overall pleasant business experience.
