Schulz Insurance

Was a customer for over 12 years. Life changed and I called to cancel a policy as I saved over 20% with another provider. Progressive told me I had to cancel with my agent. I called Schulz and Tim answered. Tim must have been having a bad day, as as soon as I mentioned that I needed to cancel my policy he snapped that I could not do it over the phone. I explained that I had just been on the phone with progressive and they gave me his number, and I was going to be as patient as possible but - *click*. Tim hung up on me. Over 12 years a customer. I then had to call back and speak with the manager over there where she was able to find a solution to my problem. Thanks for the quality send off Tim. I won't ever be back. Hope your day gets better, though.

After mostly using online insurance for over 10 years, circumstances brought me to these guys. Tim was excellent about finding solutions for all my needs. Highly Recommend..........
