Went to file a claim for a roof. Found out they had the property insured as a rental property. The property has NEVER been a rental property. Was told I had a $10,000 deductible and that was a standard deductible. I indicated, " not that i have ever heard of." Lynn called me back and was very rude and unprofessional. While i was asking questions, he asked me, "Is this how you want things to go down?" That immediately put a sour taste in my mouth!! I told him I was going to file a complaint with the DOI Department Of Insurance! Instead of trying to resolve the conflict, he hung up. I love American Family Insurance but would NOT recommend Lynn Jurrens!!!
