My son placed a claim over a year ago for plumbing work. After many phones calls and a year later;( literally) the adjuster came to the house. Two months ago he said the check was in the mail. I called and he said there is a company wide computer down age for three weeks??? That was a few weeks ago. Meanwhile, my son had to pay 20,000 out of his pocket for repairs as he never received a cent from Erie. Such a shame as this is a small town and word will travel fast.

Wow, this place really did us bad 👀 we were with them for years... for everything... Auto, home, business, etc. And while things were crazy for me I didn't realize we missed our payment! My dad was in a hospital 2 hours away waiting for a heart transplant. I was going weekly to see him and also stayed a couple times with my mom there. It was during this exact time that our bill was mailed to us and I missed it, and they cancelled us! I didn't realize until once my dad was out of the hospital and I was back home ... and then it was already cancelled and I just found out! They didn't call or anything. The Same day I found out I made our payment we owed and they said they'd get us reinstated. 3 days later they call and say they won't take us back 😳 so we had to sign up with another insurance

We have had our insurance with Wise Agency for 50 years and have never had one complaint about their service. Although all of the representatives have been professional, very responsive and helpful with any question or need that we may have at the time, Kerry Snyder has been our rock for most of our interactions there. We moved away from Somerset 13 years ago and he continues to help us via phone calls and emails even when we’re in our second home in Florida for the winter months.

I had to put in a claim on my homeowners insurance. They handled it quickly so I was able to get repairs done.
