AAA Somerset Insurance and Member Services

Love it. We have a memebership, car insurance, and renters insurance from them but the only concern I have it really the companies they get to help for towing or gas. There is one company that is extremely nasty and ripped us off and unfortunately I forget there company name. The main one I liked asking for is Herrings there awesome.

I went there to pay for new registration on car. I got a discount because of my age. The gentleman was fabulous with his customer service skills. I always enjoy going there. Everyone is so nice!!

Don't have an emergency if you are near somerset. Local office doesn't feel like picking up the phone. Tried 15 times from 4 different numbers. Gave AAA website address and the dispatched a guy to new york.... hundreds of miles away not even in the right state. Figured let's call the local office.... guess they don't feel like picking up the phone during business hours.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They all went above and beyond to make sure i was taken care of to the fullest extent. Especially my main man Otis over there on the side, who was very prompt and got back to me to help me in a very short period time. 👍

Staff is so kind,caring, well spoken respectful and knowledgeable. Made a seemingly difficult process so very easy. Thank you.
