Knepper Insurance Group

Judging from the other reviews, it seems like they would be good if they would call a potential client back. I tried for 2 consecutive years during open enrollment. I was told recently that they were too busy bc "it was open enrollment." Umm, yeah, that's why I was calling. Both times, I had to call another insurance agent who was more than happy to set me up with an appointment with them.

They are very hard to get in touch with. I waited for them to call me back for a quote. Once they got the information they were to email a quote. I never received it. I called to check in and it just rang and rang. Use a local business not a big chain like they are.

I dealt with the Knepper staff on a Corporate level when I worked & stayed with them on a personal basis when I retired for my insurance needs & have to say they are exceptional to work with & have a sincere caring attitude with their clientele

Andrea is awesome. Goes over and above her job duties to get things done. Great bunch of people.
