Do not trust them with your vehicle. Absolutely terrible experience. I pay a premium price for this insurance, but when I actually needed them, they failed at every step. They misfiled my claim and incorrectly assigned fault to me. They promised to pull the police report, failed to do so, and blamed the delay on me. After realizing they misfiled my claim, they advised me to decline their payout and file with the other driver's insurance for a better quote instead. When that offer came back lower, they refused to help me get the original amount back. Despite paying for rental coverage, loopholes in their policy meant I was left without a car for the entire month-long ordeal. They gave me the runaround for over 30 days. Just signed a policy recently and had a pleasant experience. I dealt with Cale Horne who was responsive, informed, and professional. Highly recommend reaching out if you're in the market for a policy.

Now apparently, They've been bought out by Highstreet I can't even find simple info on the website like the email for my agent. I HATE HIGHSTREET Already. WHY ISNT SIMPLE INFO AVAILABLE ON THE WEBSITE????? Their website is gone. No help, no nothing. Guess now I have to go in rather than take care of things through email or online like i used to. I HATE HIGHSTREET.

Great place for all in one insurance. Make note that whatever insurance you think you need to spell out what you want. They don't really find everything based off of your individual needs but more on a broad scope. Not insurance advisors but more like policy writers. Very good at that for sure.
