Poor customer service. Will steal money from you without consent and just make assumptions without informing customer. Save your money as they do not want it. Takes a month to get them to respond back not to mention that they never answer the phone if I could leave a 0 star review I would

I was almost at the point of giving up after USAA thoroughly screwed me over. As soon as I got to speak with I believe Sean? Scott?--Im sorry that I can't remember but whoever you were, you put my mind at ease as soon as we started speaking!! He made the whole process as easy & cheap as possible. I brought my car up to have a lady in the office take pics & finish my info & she was awesome as well!! Thank ya'll for making what I surely thought was going to be a costly headache into the easiest & most wonderful customer service experience possible!!!

I've been with signature insurance almost 30 years Sean is great and wonderful I will not change anything in the world I recommend them to anybody and Sean always goes above and beyond to help me out everybody in the winder office is great and caring they make you feel like family
