I would highly recommend Georgia Farm Bureau. My mom referred me to this company, she has been with them for years. Considering I have an anxiety disorder.. my interactions with people really matter. Thanks to Georgia Farm Bureau, I don't have to worry about having any bad interactions though. They have extremely polite and kind employees/agents. No matter what my needs have been, they have always handled them timely with a good attitude. I love Georgia Farm Bureau-Barrow County office. Thanks y'all! ♥️
Everyone working there are friendly and helpful.
Katrina is extremely rude on the phone. Neither helpful, patient or kind. Very short with how she spoke to me and sounded annoyed that I was trying to pay my insurance over the phone. Never had this experience before but I was not pleased with this experience.
Great company. I had a house fire in 1998, and it was a total loss. Could not have asked for a better response, or a smoother transition, as we had our house rebuilt. I will never go anywhere else! Lewis Crook is the best!
