Allstate unfortunately sold our policies to this company. My mother passed recently and it’s been a nightmare trying to get information from this company on the policy. For my policy I’m canceling I’d rather lose out on the face value because it’s just Monopoly money if no one can collect and rather not put my family through the trouble of dealing with this company.

Allstate sold my policy to this company without my permission. I want a copy of my entire policy and they want $25. They told me to use the old Allstate paperwork. That is incorrect. A life insurance policy is extremely important and should be accurate. Also, I spoke to a Belle on 3/19/25 and she said my policy had a cash value of $26,000 - which it does not. It has no cash value. So she lied. I’d advise to stay away from this company, but like so many others, none of us had a choice. Shameful.

It's 2025 and there's no website available to customers to log in and view their policy. If you want a copy of the policy that you are already paying for, you have to pay a $25 fee for underwriting. Absolutely incredible to see it.

My Mother had an Annuity with Wilton (which was transferred from Allstate). Mom died June of '23. My sister & I are beneficiaries. We filed beneficiary paperwork in July. We were given the run around for months & finally received our first check December of '23 (they broke the annuity up into monthly payments. At the time I asked for a statement of the account balance & how long we would receive payments. They REFUSED to give me that information. I fought them for awhile & must confess other things took precedence. Our payments stopped in September of '24. Of course I called to see if the account had been paid out & if I could get an accounting of the top line & payout. The representative kind of said Oops! & put me on hold. I was told the payments had been erroneously stopped & they would

I wish there was a number that I could make it a negative number. I have had problems with this company from day one. Customer is not good. When I call and give policy number they say they don't have it. Then then ask for the social security number and they don't have that. They are to send me a check monthly and I have had to call them for the past months to check if it was processed. They've missed sending my check a couple months. When asked why there is such a problem they don't know why. I think it might because they don't have the proper software or just people that aren't doing their job. Plus they hung up on me twice. I wouldn't recommend this company.
