Frank Fraulo - State Farm Insurance Agent

Never thought I'd take time to write a review for an insurance agency... but the Fraulo State Farm team is exceptional and has earned the praise. I've transferred between various State Farm offices for over a decade due to moving around a lot, and I can't say I've ever had a positive experience with any of them. One of them memorably misspelled my first name wrong on my documents and somehow could not fix it even though they told me the problem was addressed on 3 separate occasions when I called. Uninspiring to say the least, but fortunately I never had to file a claim. The Fraulo agency has been fantastic at every step since I switched to them. They are friendly, unbelievably responsive, and remarkably capable. I've called and emailed them various times for clarifications and questions

I recently moved to Connecticut after 40 years in the same house in NY. There were many challenging aspects of the move, but THANKFULLY transferring my insurance wasn't one of them. Frank Fraulo's team, particularly Matt, guided me through the transfer process, which was particularly tricky with regards to auto coverage. I am grateful for the excellent service and feel fortunate I chose this State Farm agency.
