AAA Northeast has been, without exaggeration, one of the worst insurance and roadside assistance experiences I have ever had. I strongly do NOT recommend this company. The most serious issue is a recurring and systemic failure with automatic payments. Even with auto-debit properly set up, I repeatedly received letters stating that my auto insurance coverage had been canceled for non-payment. This happened multiple times, indicating a serious administrative or system failure, not a one-time error. Trying to resolve this through customer service is extremely frustrating. Helped my mom schedule an appointment over there to renew her driver’s license, and overall, the process was a breeze. Scheduled an appointment online, brought any necessary paperwork, arrived early, checked in, and she was able to renew her license in around 10 minutes. Will be going here again should I need any services. Kind staff, also.

The staff is both knowledgeable and exceptionally affable. I brought my Mom in to get her driver's license updated to a Real ID license. We did not have an appointment so they took us as a walk-in. The wait time was super short. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes. Our experience was extremely pleasant.
