Willoughby Insurance

They should make it clear that they send you to somebody else. They don't do insurance themselves personally. They might send you to the New York State insurance risk pool (NYAIP). NYAIP may then send you to "Integon" National Insurance. Integon has no phone number and no website and no customer service. They also may take over three months to "notify" the DMV, triggering the DMV to suspend your registration even though you paid and did everything properly. Until Integon is banned from Willoughby, they deserve a negative 10. You could potentially pay and have to walk past your car simply because Integon could take over 3 months to send ID cards proving you have insurance. They have no phone number, requiring you to go to Willoughby and they call Integon on your behalf.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. I was helped by a gentleman name Luke. He was very courteous and professional. He even found me discounts ! This man deserves a raise .

Filled out all the info on their website for an auto quote over a week ago and haven't received one contact. Waste of time.
