Andrew Clemen: Allstate Insurance

Hands down best insurance agent that we’ve ever had. Andrew does an outstanding job researching and explaining options and scenarios that give us the best protection for the best value. He’s extremely accessible via phone, text, etc.for immediate service - which is very rare these days! Lastly, we saved money and actually got more coverage/protection by shifting to Allstate. We thought we already had great rates, but were pleasantly surprised.

Absolutely disgusted with this office and service. You have to call several times to contact someone. I have been with allstate for a long time and my bill continues to go up. Lady sounds like she smokes three packs a day and is super passive aggressive. I too was annoyed bc they can never lower my bill when I have NEVER had a claim. I asked for my information to be emailed to another company and she said she wasnt going to put in the effort if I was leaving. Will never work with them again

I have had Allstate insurance for my vehicles for 45 years, had renters' insurance and home owners insurance for my home when I purchased my 1st home and homes thereafter. I have had some claims with Allstate throughout the years that were handled professionally and resolved expediently with no issues. My parents had, and my immediate family also has, Allstate insurance to protect their home & vehicles. I would not hesitate to recommend Allstate to anyone,

Andrew was very helpful in combining our policies for our auto, home and vacation property. He is knowledgeable and handled a complicated policy excellently.

Andrew Clemen's office is notoriously unresponsive, both Andrew and his staff. We've called several times over the years and he has NEVER gotten back to us. We recently had several months issue with a direct pay when an expiration date change. We immediately called Marsha from his staff and made the changes but apparently she never made the change. She would take the information again, take the payment from the account from the card, but AGAIN never documented it in our records. I have since changed agents. I believe Andrew and his staff to be an unscrupulous bunch and I highly recommend you do not do business with this office. I can't begin to write all we've been through from this office.
