Needed new insurance in a hurry. Called Liz on Columbus Day Monday and had proper coverages in about 10 minutes. Process was smooth, but most of all her customer service was absolutely amazing. They have the worst service. I picked them when I moved to the area from out of state and it's been nothing but headaches since. Anytime I had questions they talked to me like I was an idiot. I finally changed agents and already 2 weeks with the new agent I see a night and day difference. The new agent fully went over my policy and billing details, actually noticed a couple of opportunities for savings that were never mentioned to me previously.

Every person in this office is fantastic—friendly, patient, and super helpful. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I left confident and covered. Highly recommend this State Farm team!
