I had the pleasure of working with Tom Hynes and Christy Small dealing with the unpleasant business of insuring our family business. I am so happy I found them. Tom did the absolutely best job of explaining everything clearly so I knew exactly what our options were. He took the time to visit our store twice to see exactly what we do and how we do it. He also saved us quite a bit of money while getting us better coverage. Christy Small sent the paperwork over quickly and again, explained everything and made herself available to answer any questions I had. Both of them are very personable and helpful. They make an excellent team and my only regret is that I didn't find them sooner.
