My experience with Arianna was excellent, from first meeting her she displayed the utmost professionalism, explained everything in great detail and answered all my questions completely. I look forward to working with her in the future and being apart of the State Farm family.

Arianna made insuring my first sailboat a pleasant experience. A lot of other places were really overwhelming but she walked me through what I needed and got me all set up with an affordable policy.

My appointment was with Ariana. She was very friendly and professional. She kindly catered to my ignorance of technology! I met Emilee as I was leaving and she was also very nice making sure any and all concerns were addressed.

Extremely disappointed with the experience I had with State Farm, particularly with Arianna Roberts. She hung up on me twice during our conversation, which is not only unprofessional but completely unacceptable from someone representing a major insurance company. I was simply trying to get help and was met with rudeness and zero accountability. If this is how State Farm allows their agents to treat customers, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Avoid this office if you expect to be treated with basic respect. I would highly recommend using another insurance agency and 100% NOT using Emily Johnson State Farm due to her employees absolute disregard for doing their jobs.
