Karl was very helpful and very clear answering all my questions. I told him that I started State Farm insurance in April 1961 and came to Viera January 2012 and was told I couldn’t get State Farm insurance. I have had Geico and came back to State Farm. I also met Jim and he was helpful also. Mr. Pagan you have two wonderful employees in Karl and Jim. I came home and talked to two of my neighbors and one is coming to your office tomorrow. Would like for you to tell these employees how pleased you are with their servicing your customers.

My insurance agent, Jim, was the most helpful insurance agent I have ever had. And this was my first meeting with him. He was very thorough as he went over my automobile insurance coverages one by one explaining every aspect of each coverage should I be involved in an automobile accident. I came away completely satisfied with my coverages and the knowledge that State Farm is as advertised “like a good neighbor State Farm is there!”

I had reached out to this office in 2024 for a quotes. I spoke with Jessica. I went with a different company. Jessica was very helpful at the time. Fast forward, I accidentally called this office, realized my mistake, but spoke with Jessica anyway. Jessica had all of my information on file, was able to give me an auto-quote in 10minutes.
