My claim was settled pretty quickly for partial roof replacement. Although I paid the difference for total roof replacement with the contractor I chose. The claim process, payment and claim close out went smoothly.

She has been there for me for better for worse, making sure when I needed to make changes, or had questions, that I got peronalized service. Bill has always been so welcoming, even if I really wanted to check in with Stephanie, he checks in to say hello and share personal stories. Be sure to tell them Reba P sent you! Allstate has prices that match their service. Everything is effortless and they always see where they can save you money. I currently have car and renters insurance, 2 separate policies in which I saved more money on my car insurance when I added renters. Needed a jump start, roadside assitance covered it. No hassles.
