Freeway Insurance

Called freeway today and got transferred without notice by another agent and then got Aneysha with Freeway Insurance she was very polite and ready to assist me right away. Took care of me and sent my documents to bluefire insurance right away. Gave me good advice to not remove my automatic payment so my insurance would not go up as long as I paid by the 10th of January. Best customer service ever hopefully she will be the person I talk to whenever I need help. She was able to send me text to speak to her directly if I needed any help at anytime since the previous agent did not help and only passed me to someone else.
