🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩The lady who answers the phone is sweet and I just accidentally hit 3 stars instead of 2 STARS! Its a scam! First 6 months they gave me a fair market rate. Then they literally went up $55 dollars a month without verbally informing me. What happened to the "recorded" agreement like we had the first 6 months! They are in my opinion a 6mo SCAM 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩. The supervisor! Had no customer service skills in explaining the matter. She started talking about what other companies are doing. You DON'T talk about other companies when you advertising for customers why you talking about them now! Sounded like a child making excuses! No go for me at ROSS CAVINESS/ STATE FARM IN KILLEEN!
Great guy, always there to help in tough situations with other insurance companies giving you the run around. He gets the job done when others can't. Thank you Ross!
