Allstate Homeowners Insurance Review – A Frustrating & Unfair Experience I’m very disappointed in how Allstate has handled my recent homeowners insurance claim, and I feel obligated to share my experience. During a recent lightning storm, our central air unit was damaged — likely from a power surge or lightning strike. I filed a claim with Allstate right away, expecting fair treatment. Purchased a new car on 1/7/21. Called Allstate late afternoon same day to put the new car on the policy and remove the car that was traded. I checked my email the next day 1/8/21. There was already the new policy listed with the cost along with the new card showing proof of insurance. I couldn't believe how quickly the changes were made. I am so happy that I chose William Heydt: Allstate Insurance to handle my insurance needs.

This is by far the best insurance agency I've had thus/wouldn't think of changing it while I still live in this area,no matter how many offers I get to switch (lol).Kathy is the best;she talks to you not like an insurance agent,but more like a friend she's known forever.
