Michael and Andrea are easy to reach and able to explain and advise in an informed helpful manner. They helped me understand our home and auto coverage and various options. Premiums are also reasonable.

Dealing with insurance companies can be quite difficult, but with this specific group it has been hands down the best. I have an auto policy with this agency. During the process of my recent car being totaled, this team was efficient and responsive. I was in good hands 100% and it made the process less stressful. I will stay with this company always.

We were in the middle of purchasing a home in Delaware as residents of Pennsylvania. We thought that our AllState agent would be able to write our policy and quickly found out that wasn't possible. Honestly not really happy with allstate right now. I have allstate for 2 years and my insurance just keeps going up. My driving history is good, so I don't understand it. I have the drive wise app and it's still going up.. it went from 165 to 220. Not happy about that at all.
