Goosehead Insurance - William Roberts

The worst insurance experience of my life - communication once I paid was non-existent. When my renewal was due my premium went up $1,500 after one year without a single claim. When I raised a concern they finally (after many emails and calls) said that a new carrier could write it at the previous year rate. Then when I provided my credit card to bind it, I was charged $1,500 more than the quote. I may also file a complaint with the Insurance Commissioner's office as well. I have since cancelled all of my polices here and am delighted with my new agent Farm Creek Insurance but beware of Goosehead and their owner William Roberts
