Just called in to get a quote and they requested my insurance info to match the price. I've got multiple estimates from multiple agencies upfront without anyone asking me what coverage I currently have. Doesn't look good. Do better.

WARNING: if you are looking for an insurance company that will take care of you when you really need it, THIS IS NOT IT. A few years ago my car was totaled due to someone taking it. They sent an adjuster to my house and he proceeded to tell me that he “knew I was driving” and “why don’t you take responsibility, I know your lying”. This was a criminal case and I had to tell him to leave the house and have no further contact with me directly. Anything else they needed they would have to go through my lawyer. This is when I needed them THE MOST and instead of helping they tried to incriminate me so they wouldn’t have to provide me the service I PAID FOR every month. They don’t have your best interests at heart, and I hope this helps anyone who is looking for insurance to avoid the nightmare t
