John J. Walsh Insurance Agency, Inc. - Salem Office

My Family has been working with one of the reps here for over 30 years. Though I appreciate the fact that he has been there for my family, I can not count the amount of times this team has dropped the ball on me. This is the worst customer service team I've ever experienced, the ineptitude and lack of support is dumbfounding. They are essentially unwilling to assist with any challenges you may have and express zero empathy. I can't even get a response unless I email the owner directly.

I had never registered a car before, & it would seem they hadn't either. I had to have them correct the document 4 separate times, because I kept catching mistakes due to them not reading the documents correctly- at the DMV. Like my car was previously registered in NH & they put that it was in MA, things like that. & There was a time crunch which wouldn't have happened if it had been done right the first time. It says they're open till 5 but everyone leaves at 4. So finally the only person left to help me was the owner of the owners son & wow did he have an attitude.

I absolutely should have written this a long time ago. I have always been very happy & completely satisfied W/ John Walsh Insurance Agency, and I have known John Walsh for a long time. He’s professional and kind,& all agents are great ! Cheryl Gallagher has been exceptional as an agent to me. She has helped myself & my son w/ insurance issues over the years.Cannot say enough great things about John J. Walsh & Insurance Agency!!!

Very rude. Must be paid salary and have no boss. If she was a waitress- she would be fired before her first shift ended. There are so many friendly agents out there. You don’t need to do business with people who hate their jobs.

NEVER have I gotten BETTER service than from the wonderful people here in their Salem office. I have been a customer for more than 20 years. They ALWAYS are helpful and help me make the BEST choices for my insurance needs at the time. Some insurance may be CHEAPER - - but - - check the fine print. I have stayed with John Walsh Insurance for the WONDERFUL service and their efforts to help me get the best deal for the price.
