I worked with Naomi years ago when I first moved to the state. She was warm, easy to work with, and made the transition smooth and painless. Unfortunately, she is no longer with Garrity, and my experience since has been quite the opposite. I would recommend looking elsewhere to save yourself time, money, and the headache.

I worked with Victoria Small to get my car insurance changed. The most important thing I was looking for was a great agent as my last agent with a different company was sub par to say the least. Victoria was so helpful with everything. We were able to not only switch to a great agent but she even saved us 200 dollars and included Rental insurance! We were also able to do it all remotely and this was huge for us during these covid times. I would highly recommend M.R Shaw insurance and Victoria Small.

Shaw insurance was so responsive and amazingly quick and smooth process when coming to finding and setting up insurance for my new teenage driver!! Naomi was so informative and very pleasant to talk to. Offering fair prices and even for a small fee they do all the registry process for you!! Very profesional, will recommend 100%!!

I've used Shaw Insurance Agency for a while and have always had good service, but in the last week, Maribel, has gone above and beyond to: Cancel car insurance, insure a new car on a new policy, cancel old plates, and helped me secure a closing on a HELOC. Her responses were quick, accurate, and helpful!
